Refunds, pickup and shipping

Every order is checked by a person before it prints. Studio pickup in Chicago is free; US shipping is $8 an order unless a product lists its own rate, and free over $100. Full refund before printing starts; custom work can't be refunded once the design is approved; defects are reprinted free. Credits never expire and bought credits aren't refundable as cash.
